For the Americans reading this, it's a London Underground service update notice board, which you get in every tube station and which usually gives you information about delays/closures etc. this photo was taken at Notting Hill Gate yesterday
I know I shouldn't laugh, but after all the hassle we had getting two dark-skinned, bearded men and an Irish skinhead all with massive packs on the train at paddington to go camping (we pretty much got a police escort onto the train and a plain clothes officer followed us until Reading on the actual train before he decided we really were harmless), this is the funniest thing I've seen all week.
